She's a rollin'...
A set of 18" over forks and a 80 spoke 21" support the front. A homemade set of brass clip-ons to turn it. Engine and tranny install next! We'll see if we can get it all to line up.
The Money Pit Blog is a portal into one of the countries oldest Chopper shops,"ROADWORTHY CYCLES". And it's proprietor, "WUBBZEY". Here you'll find photos from the the past 50+ years on the road, a little history, as well as current builds, events, and random nuggets of cool stuff. WE'RE ROADWORTHY...ARE YOU?

Are you kiddin' me?
Once in a while Wubbzey comes out of the vault with some dusty treasure. Apparently the Dick Allen mag wheel goin' on the rear of the D-raker caused quite a stir. So Wubbzey went diggin' through the piles of parts and came out of the darkness with a matching set of 'em!
And.... He was mumbling something 'bout having yet another set around somewhere, as well as outlandish claims of a whole DICK ALLEN BIKE!!!
Time will tell...some say he's "loco"...
They said the same thing 'bout Van Gogh.
OK...well maybe that's a bad example, Van Gogh really was fuckin' nuts....
But these wheels are BAD ASS!
While we're running shop bikes...check out this proper chopper from another one of the shop monkeys.
This is Jeremy's chop...pan/shovel, kick only, and the perfect stance.
HELL YEAH!!!!

Mentioned our man Tony in the last entry. Thought we'd throw up a pic of his personal scoot. We know it's not a V-twin but it's done right and he rides it like he's riding Raquel Welch!

BANG! BANG!
Another project in the early stages. Our man Tony has been molding and working over this frame for a week now. It's an original "Gary Bang/Jammer" frame that was drag raced by Wubbzey himself in the 70's.
Tony's got some neat ideas up his sleave. This will be a fun scoot to blast around on.
Small bike, lightweight and LOTS of motor.
Stay tuned...

The Wheel Deal
Not only is this a real Dick Allen wheel, this vintage Dunlop still has the sticker and nipples.
Ha Ha Ha...nipples...
The next new project
What do you build if your 6'5", 300lbs, and your not lame enough to ride a bagger?
You build the tallest D-rake in town. Stuff it with a stroker shovel, and strike fear in the hearts of old ladys and children. It's got 19" stretch in the down tubes, 14" in the top tube, and the neck is 30 degrees. We're gonna keep it old school, and , keep you up-to-date.
